DESCRIPTION: Page from a Sketchbook (front) 55" x 39" $2,235.00 I photographed a still life that I had set up and was not very moved with inspiration with the results. My sister was visiting and grabbed my sketchbook and colored pencils and drew the view. I was more inspired by her drawing than the photo. I soon realized that when I was recreating the still life in fabric, it should have a very ‘sketchy' appearance. Thread painting with quick motion lines and black marker were used to create the effect that I wanted. However, I still didn't think I reached my goal in creating the effect I desired, so......
